Some now fear their wells could dry up if a 30,000-head feedlot moves onto neighboring land in southeast Washington's Franklin County.

Any cherry farmer will tell you it's a gamble and this year the deck is stacked in mother nature's favor. One after another, first a frost, then rain, now wind has put the cherry crop in danger.

Farmers, corporations and even schools are still sifting through all the layers of the bill.
